Whether you choose to engage an architect or not, renovating an existing space can be quite complicated. The new look must be functional, but not jarring relative to the rest of the home. The design and finishes are meant to enhance, not inadvertently age or conflict with existing traffic flow and overall space. Our company was founded on custom renovations, so we’ve learned a thing or two about how to play nice with the overall existing footprint.

Proposals have to be carefully created.

Because who knows what lies behind your walls? We inspect, measure, and investigate. We look at traffic flow, load bearing walls, ingress and egress, electrical and plumbing. Our proposals are detailed, and transparent, and try to anticipate the impact of what we are creating on what we cannot see. The proposal stage is when the homeowner gets to fix problem areas, or create new spaces; it’s when we imagine how to finesse the home you already love.
